Wagyu beef

Went for a meat shopping trip from Jusco in HK 
got australian beef vs wagyu beef! 
sirloin steak vs ribeye steak vs burger! 


look how beau-ti-ful the beef are! 
evenly spread fat distribution :) 


simply pan frying them - carefully.. coz they were so expensive! 
HK$ 480 for the Japanese Sirloin steak (=40 quid) 
HK$285 for the Japanese Ribeye steak (= 23 quid)  - which we like over the sirloin as it seems to have more flavour

melt in your mouth!!

lovely fresh fruits and chocolate fondue/ icecream as dessert :)
