Sushi of Shiori, Euston

Went for 40 pounds omakese
Everything were very beautifully decorated.
The shop is very hidden and doesnt look very interesting from outside
but it's the food that matters :)

Cucumber and prawn roll
very refreshing

Sashimi set
it's impressive how finely the cucumber/ springonions are chopped
garnished by some very nice herbs - which i didn't recognize
nice but sashimi-wise sushi say's is better :p

Sushi set
- unlike other places they give u a little brush, where u can brush the soya sauce on top of the sashimi  instead of dipping them
Anyway, on top of each sushi, the chef has already carefully put a lump of sauce/garnish on top so you don't really need much soya sauce at all

Wagyu beef with ponzu sauce
- so niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

- plum wine sorbet! - very nice tooooooooooooo

- sesame icecream
